Having been designed many years ago, ECA recognised that their existing website was out of date and not adequate enough to cope with expanding content areas and changing business needs. They also lacked confidence in their current CMS which they felt was not truly an ‘enterprise level solution’ recognising a platform that would develop and progress as the business grew would be required.
We partnered with ECA’s own development team and worked together on some of the more challenging technical developments, providing knowledge transfer and support along the way. The website integrates tightly with ECA’s CRM Salesforce and incumbent mass mailing product dotmailer.
Through the creation of a bespoke training course we made sure that the team at ECA were fully able to take advantage of the Kentico solution and meet the aggressive timetable for content migration and review.
The finished website supports online joining, find a member, newsletter sign-up, multiple new ways to get in touch, downloads and member only content, website search, social media, regional contacts and includes numerous blogs, case-studies, FAQs, news items and events.
In recognition of this new website, ECA was selected by Kentico as one of their 'top 10 websites' for October 2016.
